长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果进行分析研究。方法随机选择我院2009年8月至2011年8月突发性耳聋患者86名,分成A、B两组,A组53名患者为治疗组,给予长春西汀医治;B组33名患者为对照组,给予丹参注射液医治。结果经治疗,A组治疗组患者眩晕、耳鸣、恶心等病症改善优于B组,治疗有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组患者。结论长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋,患者病症改善明显,有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低。Objective Analysis of the clinical effects of vinpocetine in the treatment of sudden deaf- ness. Methods Random selection in our hospital in August 2009 to 2011 patients with sudden deafness of the young people August 86, divided into two groups （ A, B ） A group of 53 patients for the treatment group, given vinpocetine treatment; B group of 33 patients, given the Danshen injection. Results Improve after treatment in group A patients treated with vertigo, tinnitus, nausea and other symptoms than group B, treatment efficiency than in group B, incidence of adverse reactions is lower than group B patients. Conclusion Vinpocetine treat- ment of sudden deafness, the patient＇s condition improved significantly, efficient, low incidence of adverse reac- tions.
