摘 要:目的探讨大Y/小Y染色体与精液常规参数的关系以及临床意义。方法选取Y染色体异常标本96例大Y染色体的患者标本作为大Y染色体组和115例小Y染色体的患者标本作为小Y染色体组,另外选51例健康体检作为对照组。分别检测以上患者精液的精子密度、活率和精子畸形率。结果对96例大Y染色体组和115例小Y染色体组异常和正常精子分布比较发现,小Y染色体组中异常精子的发生率和大Y染色体组相比,明显高于大Y染色体组的异常精子率,(χ2=4.35;P<0.05)。分别对大Y/小Y染色体组中异常精子进行精液常规参数进行分析,发现与对照组比较,大Y/小Y染色体组的异常精子的精子密度和精子活率均比对照组明显降低(P<0.01);而精子畸形率却明显增高(P<0.01)。与大Y染色体组比较,小Y染色体组中异常精子的精子密度比大Y染色体组明显降低(P<0.05);但精子活率和精子畸形率没有明显差异。结论大Y/小Y染色体均影响健康精子的形成,而以小Y染色体更加明显。Objective: To research the relationship between large Y chromosome/small Y chromosome and the main parameter of semen. Methods: 96 cases of the large Y chromosome team, 115 cases of the small Y chromosome team and 51 cases of the control. The sperm optical density, the sperm vitality rate and the terotosperm rate were detected. Results: Compared with the large Y chromo- some team, the quantity of the abnormal spermatozoa form the small Y chromosome team were larger obviously. At the same time, compared with the control, the level of the sperm optical density and the sperm vitality rate were lower than the other two teams, but the terotosperm rate was higher. And the sperm optical density of the abnormal spermatozoa form the small Y chromosome team were higher than the large Y chromosome team. There were not any differences about the sperm vitality rate and the terotosperm rate. Con- clusion : The large Y chromosome and the small Y chromosome all affect the formation of the healthy spermatozoa, the affection of the small Y chromosome was more important.
