滚压加工及螺杆筒滚压头装置的设计

摘　　要：阐述滚压加工工艺方法,总结了实际生产中常采用的滚压加工方法,分析在滚压加工中要注意的一些问题:过盈量问题、被加工零件的原始表面粗糙度及波峰形状、滚压对象材料本身的塑性变形条件、滚压次数、走刀量和滚压速度的选择。并给出某种塑料挤出机螺杆筒滚压头装置的设计,分析螺杆筒内孔滚压时的注意事项。The rolling processing process method was discussed. The practical rolling processing methods were summarized. Then some problems that should be noticed in rolling processing were analyzed, including the interference quantity problem, the original surface roughness and wave shape of parts, plastic deformation condition of rolling material, rolling times, selection of feed and rolling speed. A rolling head was designed for some plastic extruder screw tube and notices in rolling processing for screw hole were presented.
