摘  要:采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对XYZ-100稀油站所使用的2FXG-32型过滤器滤芯出口流场进行数值模拟及分析。根据数值模拟结果对滤芯出口进行优化,并对比优化前后的能量损失情况。结果证明,经过优化后的滤芯出口有效地减少了能量损失,同时减小了过滤器运行时的振动和噪声,延长了过滤器的使用寿命。Outflow field features of 2FXG-32 filter core of XYZ-IO0 lubricant machine in the working state was numerically simu- lated and analyzed by using Computer Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. Structure for outlet flow of filter core was optimized based on the results of numerical simulation, and the comparison of the loss of energy status before and after Optimization was made. The result indicates that the loss of energy of outlet of filter core is effectively decreased after optimization. At the same time, the vibration and noise are decreased when filter running, and the service life of filter extended.
