摘　　要：气动控制系统是纸浆模塑餐具自动生产线中的重要环节。介绍了全自动纸浆模塑生产线的生产工艺过程,详细描述了纸浆模塑生产线气动系统的工作过程及系统的组成。通过气动控制可以实现物料的大批量转移,减少工作人员,同时可以提高工作效率,方便大规模生产,增加企业的效益。The pneumatic control system is the important link of whole production line of pulp molding tableware. The production process of the automatic pulp molding production line was introduced. The work process and the system composition of the pneumatic system of the pulp molding production line were described in detail. Through pneumatic control, the material mass transfer can be re- alized, workers quantity is reduced, and work efficiency is improved, mass production is convenient, the efficiency of enterprises is increased.
