苏南地区绿色物流发展现状调研分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调研、实地走访及文献调研法,调研苏南地区物流企业从业人员的结构和对绿色物流的理解程度,调研衡量绿色物流发展水平的指标:物流总成本与GDP的比值、调研影响苏南地区绿色物流发展的最大障碍和因素、调研苏南地区物流企业现有评价方式。结果表明:苏南地区物流业发展处于江苏省乃至全国领先水平,绿色物流的发展高于全国平均水平,与国外先进国家仍有差距。通过采取加强物流人才培养及实施绿色物流下营销策略、整合交通运输资源及降低物流成本、优化苏南地区物流企业评价体系及企业类型等相应措施,进一步发展苏南地区绿色物流。In this paper, we investigated the structure of employees of logistics enterprises in the south Jiangsu region as well as the degree to which they understood green logistics. The index used to measure the level of green logistics development included ratio of total logistics cost to GDP, the greatest obstacles and factors influencing the development of green logistics and the current method for self-evaluation of green logistics devel- opment of the logistics enterprises in this region. The result showed that the development of the logistics industry in south Jiangsu region still led that of the Jiangsu province as a whole or even the whole nation and the development of green logistics there also was above the national average level, which was yet still lagging behind that of the developed countries. At the end, we proposed the corresponding measures to reinforce the cultivation of logistics talents, to implement the marketing strategy in the green logistics environment, and to integrated transportation resources and reduce logistics cost, etc.
