摘 要:1982年—1987年在东北林业大学种苗实验室、哈尔滨实验林场进行试验。从45种处理中筛选出两种满意的紫椴(Tilia amurensis Rupr)种子(果实)快速催芽方法。去果皮+酸蚀(浓硫酸)+低温沙藏;去果皮+酸蚀(浓硫酸)+激素处理+低温沙藏。结果证明:这两种方法将中度综合休眠类型紫椴种子的层积沙藏的持续时间由120d—150d缩短为少于一个月,场圃发芽率60%—80%,苗木生长健壮。该法较经济、省工,便于在紫椴育苗生产中推广应用。This study was conducted from 1982 to 1987 in the seed and seedling laboratory of Northeast Forestry University and Harbin Experimental Forest Farm. The two kinds of satisfied method on the fast germinating of amur linden seeds were sifted from 45 kinds of treatment. Seed vessel cutting+corroded by sulphric acid+treated by hormone+cold sand storage. The results confirmed that the startification period of amur linden, which is the medium synthetic germancy, was shorted by the two kinds of method from 120—150 days to less one month. The germination rate in field was 60—80 percent and seedling was healthy and strong, which is more economic and convenient to be widely applied in the seedling production of amur linden.
