摘　　要：将 NIBV X株病毒 ,在 SPF鸡胚中连续传至 80代 ,雏鸡发病率及死亡率均明显降低 ,传至 90代 ,对易感鸡接种后无不良反应 ,不影响增重 。Both of the morbidity and mortality decreased quite clear at the eightieth passage of NIBV strain X in SPF chicken embryos.A good effect of safety had been proved at the ninetieth passage.
