鸡传染性支气管炎(肾型HK株)活疫苗的研究

摘　　要：肾型鸡传染性支气管炎病毒致弱株 HK毒株引自其他研究所 ,用于制作活疫苗。此苗每剂量含毒价不低于 1 0 3 .5EID50 ,经 - 1 5℃中贮存 1 8个月 ,不影响其免疫效力。接种 4个月后的鸡中80 %能抵抗强毒攻击 ,已在野外应用于 2 5,0 0 0 ,0 0 0羽以上鸡只 ,未出现不良反应病例 。The nephropathogenic avian infectious bronchitis virus attenated strain HK introduced from other institute was used for producing live vaccine.Each dose of vaccine contained virus titer no less than 10 3.5 EID 50 .It preserved its efficiency after storing in -15℃ for as long as 18 months.80% fowls which had been vaccinated 4 months before with this vaccine,survived following challenging with the virulence strain IBV\|A.More than 25,000,000 chickens had been vaccinated in the fields,no any unexpected case happened.These results demostrated that this vaccine was satisfactory both in laboratory tests and in field application.
