摘　　要：通过中和试验证明 ,B34腹水单克隆抗体中和 IBDV CA株的中和效价高达 1∶42 0 0 0 0。经 1 0倍稀释后 ,能等量中和含毒量为 1 0 6.62 5TCID50 /ml的 IBDV CA株细胞毒。利用 B34腹水单克隆抗体建立了 MAb- AC- ELISA,可用于测定 IBDV CA株细胞毒的病毒含量 ,与 TCID50之间的相关系数为 0 .Through neutralization test,B34 MAb neutralized IBDV CA strain,with the titre of neutralization antibody in B34 ascite so high as 1∶420000. When diluted 1∶10 and mixed with equal volume of virus ,B34 ascite can completely neutralize the IBDV CA strain containing virus at least 105.625 TDIC 50 /0.1ml.A MAb based antigen capture ELISA (AC ELISA) was developed to titrate IBDV CA strain and the correlation coefficient between AC ELISA titre and TDIC 50 was 0.94.
