三种恩诺沙星盐对人工诱发鸡巴氏杆菌病的疗效比较

摘　　要：采用试管肉汤两倍稀释法 ,测得乳酸恩诺沙星、盐酸恩诺沙星及恩诺沙星钾对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌的最小抑菌浓度均是 0 .0 5mg/ L。按 5mg/ kg恩诺沙星的剂量 ,分别给人工诱发巴氏杆菌病鸡内服乳酸恩诺沙星、盐酸恩诺沙星及肌注乳酸恩诺沙星、恩诺沙星钾 ,每 1 2 h给药 1次 ,连续3d。这些药物对鸡巴氏杆菌病的治愈率分别为 1 0 0 %、96.7%、1 0 0 %及 1 0 0 %,而感染对照鸡的死亡率为 1 0 0 %。结果表明 ,上述三种恩诺沙星盐对鸡巴氏杆菌病的疗效无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5)As identical minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs), 0.05mg/L of enrofloxacin lactate, enrofloxacin hydrochloride and enrofloxacin potassium for Pasteurella multocida were determined by the two fold dilution method in vitro. The therapeutic trials of these three drugs against experimentally induced fowl cholera were carried out in chicks following administerring the similer dose rate 5 mg/kg twice daily for 3 successive days either P.O. for enrofloxacin lactate and enrofloxacin hydrochloride or i.m. for enrofloxacin lactate and enrofloxacin potassium. 100%,96.7%,100% and 100% curative rates were obtained in order of the 4 above\|listed dosage groups. No significant different on body weight gains were observed too.
