航线飞行特质人格和航线飞行工作情境人格对飞行员心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的考察航线飞行特质人格和航线飞行工作情境人格对航线飞行员心理健康的影响。方法采用自编量表＂航线飞行员人格量表＂和临床症状自评量表（SCL-90）对南方航空公司及其分公司的286名男性飞行员进行心理测量研究。结果心理健康的各个因子均值在1.36~1.64之间,心理健康总评分也在2分以下。另外,阳性项目数平均值为25.57,远远小于40的异常标准,并且无明显峰值出现。总体健康水平和航线飞行特质人格的相关系数（-0.75）显著高于和航线飞行工作情境人格的相关系数（-0.17）;航线飞行特质人格和航线飞行工作情境人格均单独对心理健康有直接影响作用;另外,航线飞行特质人格还可通过影响航线飞行工作情境人格进而影响心理健康。结论航线飞行员整体心理健康状况良好;两种人格对心理健康均有预测作用,其中航线飞行特质人格显示了较强的预测作用,航线飞行工作情境人格在航线飞行特质人格对心理健康的影响中发挥着部分中介作用。Objective To investigate the influences of Airline Flight Trait Personality and Airline Flight Working Situation Personality on the mental health of airline pilots. Methods The self-developed Personality Scale for Airline Pilots and SCL-90 were used to conduct psychometric researches on 286 male airline pilots from the China Southern Airlines and its branch offices. Results The mean values of all the factors for mental health ranged from 1.36 to 1.64.The total score of mental health was below 2.The mean of positive items was 25.57,which was far below the abnormal standard 40.Moreover,the obvious peak value did not appear.The correlation coefficient between general health level and Airline Flight Trait Personality（-0.75） was significantly higher than that between general health level and Airline Flight Working Situation Personality（-0.17）.Both Airline Flight Trait Personality and Airline Flight Working Situation Personality had a direct and independent influence on mental health.Besides,Airline Flight Trait Personality could produce an indirect influence on mental health by affecting Airline Flight Working Situation Personality. Conclusions In general,the mental health of airline pilots is good.Both Airline Flight Trait Personality and Airline Flight Working Situation Personality can predict mental health,while the prediction function of Airline Flight Trait Personality is stronger.Airline Flight Working Situation Personality plays the role of partial mediating effect in the influences of Airline Flight Trait Personality on mental health.
