摘　　要：目的了解邵阳市2011年三种经济类型的尘肺病发病特点,为制订尘肺病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对三种经济类型企业尘肺病发病情况和企业职业史提供率进行统计分析。结果 2011年诊断的1 428名尘肺病患者,国有企业173人(12.1%),集体企业70人(4.9%),私有企业类1 185人(83.0%),所患尘肺病期别分别为Ⅰ期591人(41.4%)、Ⅱ期426人(29.8%)、Ⅲ期411人(28.9%);企业提供劳动者职业史证明材料的比例为19.8%;三种经济类型间所患尘肺病期别差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.248,P=0.690);但三类企业在提供劳动者职业史证明材料方面差异有统计学意义(χ2=421.070,P<0.01),私有企业提供率最低。结论邵阳市尘肺病危害形势严峻,私有企业是尘肺病防治重点。Objective To survey the incidence characteristics of pneumoconiosis in three economic types of enterprises in Shaoyang City in 2011,and to provide a scientific basis for developing strategies for pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment. Methods The incidence of pneumoconiosis in three economic types of enterprises and the providing rate of occupational history of enterprises were statistically analyzed. Results Totally 1,428 patients were diagnosed with pneumoconiosis in 2011,there were 173 patients（12.1%） from state-owned enterprises,70（4.9%） from collectively-owned enterprises,and 1,185（83.0%） from private enterprises,including 591（41.4%） cases of phase I,426（29.8%） cases of phase II,and 411（28.9%）cases of phase III.The ratio of providing occupational history of enterprises was 19.8%.No statistically significant difference was found in the three stages of pneumoconiosis among three economic types of enterprises（χ2=2.248,P=0.690）,but there were statistically significant differences in the providing rate of occupational history among the three economic types of enterprises（χ2=421.070,P0.01）.The providing rate of occupational history of private enterprises was the lowest. Conclusions The situation of pneumoconiosis is severe in Shaoyang City.Private enterprises are the key points for pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment.
