棉花[(亚×比)×(陆×褐)]种间杂种的研究

摘　　要：对 [(亚洲棉×比克氏棉 )× (陆地棉×黄褐棉 ) ]种间杂种的形态性状和细胞学进行了研究。结果表明 ,四元杂种F1的叶片性状主要受父本的影响 ,苞叶与萼片属中间类型 ,花部变异最大 ,既受父本的影响 ,也受母本的影响。四元杂种F1在减数分裂时 ,染色体配对极不正常 ,大多以单价体的形式存在 ,且分裂不同步 ,最终导致形成的四分孢子不正常或形成多分孢子 ,这是四元杂种F1不育的主要原因。This paper dealt with the studies on genetic characters and cytology of the quardrispecific hybrid [(G. arboreum ×G. bickii)×(G. hirsutum×G. mustelinum)]. The main results were as following: leaf characters in the quardrispecific hybrid were similar to male parent, and bract and sepal showed intermediate types, but flowers were influenced by both parents and had the largest variation. The meiosis of pollen mother cell in the quardrispecific hybrid was abnormal, there were many of univalent. When chromosomes separated to two poles, many forward and backward chromosomes appeared, leading to abnormal quardrispores and multispores, so the quardrispecific hybrid F 1 was sterile.
