摘　　要：为避免下坂地水利枢纽工程建设对塔什库尔干河鱼类资源产生的不利影响,根据目前国内外鱼类资源保护所采取的措施方案,经有关技术论证,结合下坂地水利枢纽工程的实施情况,建立以保护高原裂腹鱼为主的鱼类资源增殖放流保护站,以增殖鱼类资源的种群和数量。In order to avoid the adverse impact on the fish resources of Taxkorgan River from the construction of Xiabandi Water Control Project, a fish-breeding and releasing station mainly for the protection of schizothoracinae fishes therein is established in accordance with the actual implementation of the project through the relevant technical demonstration made on the basis of the measures for the protection of fish resources adopted at home and abroad, so as to breed the fish stocks and increase the amount concerned.
