血细胞分析仪测血小板结果假性降低的原因分析及纠正方法

摘　　要：目的探讨Beckman LH750型血细胞分析仪检测血小板结果假性降低的原因及纠正方法。方法用手工目视显微镜计数和涂片瑞氏染色对血细胞分析仪血小板计数结果降低的样本进行复检。结果仪器法在对15 900人次血细胞计数时,对血小板计数低于50×109L-1且临床无血小板减少的出血症状及体征的94例标本进行涂片镜检和手工计数进行复查,经复查发现有48例患者存在血小板计数结果假性降低现象。结论仪器法血小板计数结果降低的样本应进行涂片镜检和目视显微镜计数,发现问题并采用相应纠正方法,血小板计数结果假性降低的现象是可以避免的。Objective To analyze the causes of pseudo-reduction of platelet counted by Beckman LH750 hematology analyzer and the correction methods. Methods The samples with reduction of platelet count by hematology analyzer were re-analyzed by manual visual mi- croscope and smear Wright staining. Results Ninety-four of 15,900 samples analyzed by hematology analyzer, of which 94 cases with the platelet count lower than 50~109/L were re-analyzed by manual visual microscope and smear Wright staining. There were 48 cases had pseudo- reduction of platelet count by manual review. Conclusion The samples with reduction of platelet count by hematology analyzer should be re- viewed by manual microscopic methods, and the pseudo-reduction of platelet count could be avoided.
