用重组核衣壳蛋白ELISA检测PRRSV抗体的研究

摘　　要：PRRSV重组N蛋白ELISA检测人工感染猪血清75份，与IDEXX公司ELISA试剂盒及IFA的符合率分别为973％和100％。检测疫苗免疫猪血清，阳性率100％，在免疫后6d就能检出抗体，比IFA敏感。检测85份我国田间猪血清，阳性率18．8％。The sera from pigs experimentally infected with PRRSV were detected by ELSA using recombinant nucleo-capsid protein as anigen prepared from PRRSV .The coincident rates with IDEXX ELISA test kit and IFA were 97. 3% and100% respectively.The wine serurn samples immunized by modified vaccines were positive and can be detected 6 days aftervaccinaion .The Positive rate of 85 field samples from China was 18. 8%.
