仔猪大肠杆菌灭活苗的研制及效果观察

摘　　要：在实验室细菌学分离鉴定和查清血清型的基础上，应用我区含有6个O因子优势致病血清型的菌株，研制了仔猪大肠杆菌灭活苗，试验表明所制疫苗无菌合格，安全有效，免疫性能良好。临床试验，其仔猪的发病率分别比K88-LTB基因工程苗组和对照组低5．62和16．44个百分户、，因病死亡率分别低3．31和10．36个百分点，差异极显著（P＜0．01）。An inactivated vaccine against colibacillosis for piglets was developed using the local dominant pathogenicserotype containing 6 O factors based on bacterial isolation, identification and serotyping. The vaccine was safe and effectivewith sound immunity and passed sterile test. Clinical expenment showed that the colibacillocis incidence in piglets immunizedwith the prepared inactivated vaccine was lower than in those immunized with K88 - LTB gene engineering vaccine and incontrol by 5. 62 and 16. 44 percentages respectively. And the mortality was lower by 3. 31 and 10. 36 percentages respec-tively.
