摘 要:在使用ProCAST前处理模块进行复杂砂型铸件网格划分的过程中,经常遇到铸件接触面出现交叉网格的问题,这给模拟工作带来很大困难。为此研究了Pro/E与ProCAST之间的接口方式,并对几种网格生成方法做了对比。最终发现采用网格装配技术能很好地避免模型接触面交叉网格的出现。网格装配技术不仅保证了网格质量,还降低了网格划分的工作难度,提高了工作效率。通过一个砂型铸造的实例验证了这一方法的可行性。Intersection grid easily appeared on the casting contact surfaces during grid meshment process of the complex sandmould casting by using the preprocess module of ProCAST, which brought many difficulties to the numerical simulation. The interface mode between the Pro/E and ProCAST was ana lyzed, and several methods of grid generation were compared. The results show that intersection grid on the contact surface can be well avoided by using the grid assembly technology. The grid assembly tech nology not only ensures the grid quality, but also reduces the difficulty of meshment and improves the work efficiency. The feasibility of the technology is validated by an application example of sandmould casting.
