68例烧伤残余创面综合治疗体会

摘　　要：目的研究烧伤残余创面的治疗方法,探寻最佳治疗方案。方法对68例应用全身营养支持、浸浴治疗、外用生长因子、局部或全身应用抗生素抗感染、手术植皮等综合治疗的烧伤残余创面患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者的烧伤残余创面均愈合,其中13例进行了植皮手术,治疗效果良好。结论全身营养支持、浸浴治疗、勤换药和植皮手术等综合治疗方案对于烧伤残余创面的治疗效果良好,是治疗的最佳方案。Objective To investigate the treatment methods of residual bum wounds and explore the best therapeutic regimen.Methods After the treatment of systemic nutritional support,bath therapy,topical growth factors,local or systemic application of antibiotics and dermatoplasty,68 cases of residual burn wounds patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients of residual burn wounds got healed,among whom 13 cases who had been performed dermatoplasty operation also got good therapeutic efficacy.Conclusion The combined therapeutic regimens, including systemic adjustment, bath therapy,frequent dressing change and dermatoplasty operation,can get better therapeutic efficacy and is the best therapeutic regimen.
