摘　　要：XML的自描述、开放性、跨平台等优点适合表示应急预案。以城市火灾救援为背景,用XML来描述应急预案知识库中的规则,并通过地理信息库将道路、兵力分布等信息在地图上显示,最后结合应急预案模板实现XML格式应急预案的自动生成。系统的实现表明了该方法在工程应用中的可行性。Extensible markup language （XML） is a self-describing, open and cross-platform language, which is suitable for describing firefighting emergency plan. With the urban fire rescue as the research background, the paper uses XML to introduce the rules of the emergency plan knowledge base. By exploring geographic information base, such information as road and manpower distribution are displayed on the map. And thus a XML-based firefighting emergency plan is generated auto- matically with the help of emergency plan template. The realization of the system validates the feasibility of the method in en- gineering application.
