摘  要:基于CC2530芯片和MPXY8020A传感器设计了一种低成本低功耗的直接式汽车主动轮胎预警监测系统。该系统能够实时监测行驶中汽车轮胎的气压、温度和系统的电量,并通过ZigBee技术将这些参数信息无线传输到中央监视模块,实现轮胎故障主动预警。系统采用低功耗设计,优化硬件和软件,降低运行功耗,保证在电池电量有限的情况下,延长系统寿命1~2年;采用高集成度芯片减小了检测模块的质量和体积,降低了检测模块引起的轮胎偏心;通过滤除汽车行驶过程中干扰因素引起的轮胎压力尖峰,使得测量的轮胎压力更加准确和稳定。The automotive tire pressure monitoring system based on low-cost and low-power pressure sensor is designed using CC2530 chip and MPXY8020A sensor. The data of tire pressure, tire temperature and battery voltage, which are moni- tored in real time while the automotive is driving, are transmitted to the central monitoring module by using of ZigBee techno- logy, and then the forewarning of tire faults is given by the system. Through the low-power design, the hardware and soft- ware optimization, and the power consumption reduction, the system life is extended by one or two years under the condition of the limited battery power. High integration chip is used to reduce the weight and size of the module and decrease the tire eccentricity. The pressure of the tire can be accurately measured because pressure peak caused by interference factor is filtrated.
