摘  要:讨论CST检测特性,分析了各种CST传感器检测电路。对调频检测电路造成频率不稳定进行了较全面的分析,得到影响振荡频率的原因以及这些影响的共同特征,从而提出了一种新的差动变频检测(DFCT)技术方案。对此方案进行了电路设计制作,检测试验。检测试验结果表明用于电容差动变频检测(DFCT)技术的频率稳定性比一般的变频检测(DFCT)技术高2~3个数量级,得到频率稳定性很高的检测电路。In the paper, the detection characteristics of capacitor sensor test (CST) were discussed and all kinds of detec- tion circuits for CST sensors were analyzed. Through the comprehensive analysis of frequency unstability caused by frequency- modulated detection circuits, the factors to affect vibration frequency and the common features of these influences were ob- tained and thus a new scheme of differential frequency conversion test (DFCT) technology was proposed. According to the scheme, the corresponding circuits were designed, produced and tested. The results indicated that the frequency constancy of the circuit using this new DFCT technology was 2~3 orders of magnitude greater than those using existing technologies.
