摘 要:与中国水电工程比较,国际水电EPCT项目设计理念、运用标准和管理模式明显不同,设计风险高、执行力制约性强。伊朗Taleghan工程是西北勘测设计研究院参与的第一个较具完整意义的国际水电EPCT项目。笔者结合设计全过程的管理实践,论述了国际水电项目工程总承包交钥匙工程设计特点与要求,介绍了设计履约中应注意的问题及对策,以供同行参考。Compared with those of hydropower projects in China, engineering concept, application of codes and management modes of overseas EPCT hydropower projects are quite different. The latter features high engineering risks and strict implementation restriction. Taleghan Hydropower Project in Iran is the first one, which HYDROCHINA Xibei Engineering Corporation has participated, with full and complete concept of overseas EPCT hydropower projects. In combination with the management practice of the whole engineering process, engineering features and requirements as well as tips and countermeasures in engineering contract performance of overseas EPCT hydropower projects are described and introduced in this paper for reference.
