秃疮花水溶性外用制剂抗菌试验

摘　　要：为了确定秃疮花水溶性外用制剂的临床应用剂量标准,试验采用甘肃省畜牧兽医研究所研制的秃疮花水溶性外用制剂,以寇氏法进行了体外抗菌试验。试验结果表明秃疮花水溶性外用制剂对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌的IC50分别为0.98±0.16、2.54±0.39和1.60±0.34(含N量mg/mL)。这说明秃疮花水溶性外用制剂对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌有一定的杀菌抑菌功能。Antibacterial test in vitro using Karber method was conducted to determine clinical dose standard for Dicranos- tigma leptopodum （Maxim） Fedde of water soluble preparation for external use （development by Gansu Institute of Animal Sci- ence and Veterinary Medicine）. The results demonstrated that the half inhibitory concentrations （IC50） for E. coli, Staphylo- coccus and Streptococcus were 0.98±0.16, 2.54±0.39 and 1.60±0.34（N amount of mg / ml）. This proved that the prepa- ration had certain bacteriostatic function for the bacteria mentioned above.
