甘肃高寒牧区高山细毛羊杂交一代生长及肉用性能研究  

Study on Growth and Meat Performance of Gansu Alpine Merino Different Cross Combinations F_1 Generation under Alpine Pasture Condition

摘　　要：在甘肃省天祝县高寒牧区条件下,以引进品种邦德、特克赛尔、白萨福克、澳洲美利奴为父本,以甘肃省高山细毛羊为母本,在相同管理条件下进行杂交对比试验。分别在羔羊出生至6月龄每月测定体重,并于断奶开展屠宰试验,分析其产肉性能。结果表明:这种经济杂交方法显著地提高了生长速度和屠宰性能。除初生重外,从1月龄到6月龄的月龄体重及断奶体重邦甘细F1羔羊均显著高于其它杂交组合(P<0.05)。断奶时邦甘细F1体重为27.86kg,分别比澳甘细F1、白萨甘细F1、特甘细F1和甘高细羔羊(22.97kg)高出34.46%、19.88%、15.75%和21.29%。同样,邦甘细F1的胴体重高于其它杂交组合,但屠宰率差异不显著(P>0.05)。邦甘细F1相对于其它组表现出良好的生长和屠宰性能,初步认为是当地饲养管理条件下较为理想的杂交组合。Under Alpine Pasture Condition in Tianzhu County Gansu Province, Bond, Texel, White Suffolk and Australian Merino sheep were introduced as male parent, and Gansu Alpine Merino as female parent, comparative study was carried out under the similar management condition. The results indicated that the cross combination impoved growth performance and car- cass traits. Except for birth weight, month weight from first to sixth month and weaning weight of BondX Gansu Merino Fa were significantly higher than other cross combinations（P〈0.05）. Weaning weight of Bond X Gansu Merino F1 was 27.86 kg, which increased by 34. 46%, 19. 88%, 15. 75% and 21.29%, respectively compared with the Australian X Gansu Merino, White Suffolk× Gansu Merino F1, Texel × Gansu Merino Fx and Gansu Alpine Merino. Similarly, Bond× Gansu Merino F1 showed better growth performance and carcass traits than other groups, which was considered to be ideal cross combination in the local management condition.
