小型水库群坝风险指数排序分析方法研究

摘　　要：群坝风险分析是在每座水库大坝风险分析的基础上,把某一管辖范围内的大坝风险分析情况进行评价,确定资金流向和加固排序,提出经济高效的降低风险的策略。本文以区域小型水库为研究对象进行群坝风险分析方法研究,以泰安市岱岳区小型病险水库的风险排序为例,根据风险指数大小对水库做加固排序、进行资金调配,为目前正在开展的小型水库除险加固决策工作提供理论指导。Group - dam risk analysis is a sort of the cost - effective strategy for risk reduction on method, which determine capital flows and risk ranking, increase the basis of risk analysis of each dam through assessing the risk analysis a dam under the jurisdiction. This paper intended for study the group - dam risk analysis of Small reser- voirs in Daiyue District of Tai^m City. The risk - based index of reinforcement size on the order of the reservoir and the flow of capital to adjust for the ongoing small reservoir reinforcement were studied. The results will pro- vide theoretical guidance in decision- making and risk -based.
