摘 要:在梁北选煤厂重介质选煤生产工艺系统中,由于混料泵转速控制方式的不足及液力偶合器由作业人员手动调整参数存在人为因素等原因,导致了三产品重介旋流器的压力不稳定及能耗增加。采用高压变频器配合重介旋流器入口压力对混料泵进行变频闭环调速节能控制,使混料泵转速随压力变化自动调节,实现了闭环控制,改善了混料泵的运行工况,且节能效果显著,降低了企业成本。In the production process systems of heavy medium coal preparation in Liangbei Coal Preparation Plant,due to the shortcom- ings of mixing pump speed control way and the faults of personal factor owing to the hydraulic coupler manipulated by staff, the pressure of three-product dense medium cyclone is unstable and its energy cost is increased. Mixing pump closed-loop adjustment was carried out using high-voltage frequency converter and the inlet pressure of dense medium cyclone, so the speed of mixing pump could be adjusted automatically with the change of pressure. The application of above measures not only realized the closed loop control, but also improved the operational states of the mixing pump, and has obvious energy saving effect, reduced the cost of the enterprise.
