摘  要:陈古1-1井采用合理的工程设计参数,满足实现全过程欠平衡的条件;采用套管阀技术,解决欠平衡钻井中钻柱易被顶出井口、钻柱无法二次入井等问题;通过适时调节节流阀来调节立压,从而控制井底欠压值始终在合理的范围之内。陈古1-1井通过采用全过程欠平衡技术,有效保护油气层,提高单井产量,提高机械钻速。Chengu 1-1 well has rational engineering design parameters, and it meets the needs of the conditions of whole-process under-balanced drilling. The problems that drilling string is easily ejected from wellhead and cannot enter to hole again in under- balanced drilling are solved by using casing valve technique. The downhole under-balance pressure value is controlled in a rational range by timely adjusting standpipe pressure using throttle valve. The application of whole-process under-balanced drilling technique to Chengu 1-1 Well effectively protects oil/gas reservoir, increases penetration rate and the output of single well.
