摘　　要：从铸板式筛网振动筛和悬臂筛网振动筛的设备特点出发,比较分析了宝钢股份炼铁厂二烧结成品整理系统筛分机改造前后的筛分效果、节能降耗和环境改善三方面的差异,表明新型悬臂筛网振动筛具有明显优势,更能适应新形势下的生产要求。Based on the different characteristics of cast plate screen mesh vibrating screen and cantilever screen mesh vibrating screen, the differences in terms of the sieving efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction and environmental improvement before and after the transformation of product sizing screens in No.2 sintering plant of Iron-making plant of Baoshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd are compared and analyzed,showing that the new type of cantilever screen mesh vibrating screen has obvious advantages and better meets the needs of production under the new situation.
