摘 要:针对马钢300 m2烧结机工序能耗一直偏高的问题,通过调整优化熔剂、燃料破碎粒度,改变石灰石破碎系统生产组织模式,调整烧结及冷却过程控制参数等,在确保烧结过程稳定、烧结矿产质量指标良好的同时,降低了电耗、固体燃耗,提高了余热发电量,使烧结工序能耗逐步下降,实现了节能降耗。In view of high process energy consumption of Masteel 300 m2 sinter machine,by adjusting and optimizing flux and fuel crushing size,changing the production and organization mode of limestone crushing system and adjusting sintering and cooling process parameters etc., the electricity and solid consumption was reduced, the waste heat generation was improved, the sintering process energy consumption declined gradually and consumption reduction and energy conservation were realized at the same time the stable sintering process and good sinter quality index were ensured.
