摘  要:针对3#竖炉成品球团矿含粉率较大、倒运费用较高的问题,通过在带冷机下增加一台溜筛,并合理设计筛孔形状及尺寸,选择合适的溜筛角度,使成品球团矿含粉率由原来的4.5%以上降到3%以下,满足了高炉生产要求,同时减少了倒运费用。In view of high fines content of product pellet of No.3 shaft furnace and high handling expenses, by adding a slide screen under the straight line cooler, designing the mesh shape and size reasonably and selecting proper slide screen angle, the fines content of the product pellet was reduced from 4.5 % or more down to less than 3 % ,t thus the requirements of blast furnace operation were satisfied and handling expanses were decreased.
