疏肝健脾化瘀法对乙型肝炎早期肝硬化患者相关血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者相关血清指标的影响,并求证其治疗早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:160例早期肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均常规给予保肝降酶和抗病毒治疗,治疗组拟疏肝健脾化瘀法为中药复方,对照组予复方鳖甲软肝片。采用双盲法原则,观察两组患者治疗前后的病毒学、肝功能及肝纤维化等相关血清指标的变化。结果:①病毒学指标:治疗组治疗前后HBeAg、HBeAb和HBV DNA的变化,均有显著性差异;对照组治疗前后HBeAg和HBV DNA的变化,也有显著性差异,而HBeAb转化无统计学意义;两组治疗后比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。②肝功能相关指标:两组治疗前后自身对比,差异均有显著性意义;两组治疗后比较,也均有统计学差异。③肝纤维化指标:两组治疗前后自身对比,差异均有统计学意义;两组治疗后比较,均有统计学差异。结论:疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者的相关血清指标均有较好改善作用。Objective：To observe influence of Shugan Jianpi Huayu therapy on the relative serum markers of early-state hepatic cirrhosis,and testify the clinic effects.Methods：One hundred and sixty patients with early-state hepatic cirrhosis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The conventional liver protection and anti-virus program were administered.Shugan Jianpi Huayu therapy was prescribed in the treatment group,and compound Biejiaruangan tablet was prescribed in the control group.The relative serum markers such as virusology,liver function and liver fibrosis were observed before and after therapy between two groups.Results：①As for viral markers such as the changes of HBeAg,HBeAb and HBV DNA,there was significant difference before and after therapy in the treatment team;as for the changes of HBeAg and HBV DNA,there was significant difference before and after therapy in the control team,but as for the changes of HBeAb,there was no significant difference.As for the changes of HBeAg,HBeAb and HBV DNA after therapy between two groups,there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.②As for liver function,there was significant difference between two groups before and after therapy by itself;there was significant difference between two groups after therapy.③As for liver fibrosis,there was significant difference between two groups before and after therapy by itself;there was significant difference between two groups after therapy.Conclusion：Shugan Jianpi Huayu therapy has a certain efficacy on the relative serum markers of early-state hepatic cirrhosis.
