摘 要:带反拉力空拔管具有提高产品质量和简化工艺过程等特点,在冷拔行业中得到广泛应用。文章应用LS-DYNA有限元平台数值模拟带反拉力空拔管全过程,得到各场量的动态分布情况,从而分析了拔制中产生横裂等缺陷的机理和壁厚变化规律;探讨了工艺参数,即模锥角、摩擦系数、反拉力与摩擦阻力之间的影响关系。研究结果为冷拔工艺设计和优化模具结构提供了理论依据。Because of the improvement of product quality and the simplification of the process, antipull emptysunken steel tube is applied widely in cold drawing industry. LS DYNA finite element platform was used to simulate numerically the whole antipull emptysunken steel tube process in this paper. The dynamic distribution of field quantities was obtained, the mechanism of trans- verse fissure and the change of thickness in drawing process were analyzed. Moreover, the relationships between processing parameters (die, friction coefficient, antipull) and frictional resistance were studied. The research results provided theoretical foundation fnr the design of enlcl drnwing process and the optirmization of dio structure.
