摘　　要：城中村是我国快速城市化进程中的特有现象,城中村的形成、显现和改造都与城中村土地制度密切相关。要彻底解决城中村问题,就必须完善现有的城中村土地制度,即把集体土地转为国有土地、制定科学的土地整理规划、构建共享式的城中村土地再开发机制。The urban village is a unique phenomenon in China＇s rapid urbanization process.The formation,appearance and reconstruction of urban villages are closely related with the land system of the urban village.To solve this problem,we must perfect the existing land system.What we need do is to convert the collective land into state-owned land,to formulate scientific land consolidation planning and to build a shared land development mechanism of urban village.
