摘  要:介绍了一种利用寻边器和XYZ平台测量同轴度的方法,这种方法利用了数字式三维工件寻边器高精度、多功能和XYZ平台能在三维空间上移动、具有较高重复定位精度等优点。寻边器吸附在XYZ平台上,旋转XYZ平台各轴丝杠,使寻边器的测量头从轴表面选定点开始沿着特定方向移动。不断调整轴的位置,可使电主轴和测功机具有较高的同轴度,以满足电主轴18000rpm的高转速加载可靠性试验要求。最后,利用求距法推导计算出了电主轴与测功机的同轴度表达式。A way to measure the coaxiality by edge finder and XYZ platform is introduced in this article. This way takes the advantage of high-precision and multi-function of the Digital 3D edge finder, takes the advantage of the movement in three-dimensional space and a higher repeat posi- tioning accuracy of the XYZ platform. The edge finder is adsorbed on the XYZ platform, and the measuring probe of the edge finder can move along a specific direction from a specific location when an axis of the XYZ platform is rotated. By adjusting the location of the electric spindle, the higher coaxiality between the dynamometer and the high speed electric spindle can be gotten, which can meet the requirement of reliability test in which the electric spindle can load at a high speed of 18000rpm. Finally, the expression of coaxiality between the dynamometer and the elec-tric spindle is gotten by the method of seeking the distance between a point and a straight line.
