摘  要:对桑蚕丝织物湿热老化样品进行了相关表征,利用衰减全反射-傅里叶转换光谱技术和红外光谱去卷积拟合计算技术对样品的性能和结构变化情况进行了考察,并用X射线衍射技术考察了样品的结晶度变化规律。结果表明,随着老化时间延长和温湿度的增加,蚕丝断裂强度及白度总体呈下降趋势;湿热老化下,桑蚕丝的β-sheet结构相对百分含量也随时间延长而下降,且同样湿度下,温度越高下降越明显;湿热老化下,桑蚕丝β-sheet结构相对百分含量变化、结晶度与断裂强度及白度的变化趋势相关。This paper describes the relevant surface features of hydrothermal aging samples of mulberry silk fabrics, uses attenuated total reflection - Fourier transform spectrum technique and infrared spectrum deconvolution fitting calculation technique to investigate the change of properties and structure of samples and utilizes X-ray diffraction technique to investigate the varying pattern of degree of crystallinity of.samples. The result shows that the breaking strength and whiteness of silk generally present a downtrend with the increase of aging time and humiture; under hydrothermal aging, [3-sheet structure relative percentage content of mulberry silk also decreases with the increase of time and the higher the temperature, the greater the decrease under the same humidity; under hydrothermal aging, the 13-sheet structure relative percentage content and degree of crystallinity of mulberry silk are related to the variation trend of breaking strength and whiteness.
