摘 要:通过假设检验,验证了2种Weibull分布对Vectran长丝断裂强力统计分析的适用性,并用2种Weibull分布对4种不同长度的长丝断裂强力进行统计分析。借助Minitab分析平台计算出Vectran长丝的平均断裂强力、Weibull模数、尺度参数和位置参数,并模拟了断裂强力的概率图和概率密度曲线。结果表明:Weibull分布适用于分析Vectran长丝的断裂强力,且三参数Weibull分布比两参数Weibull分布拟合程度更好;随着Vectran长丝试样长度的增大,其断裂强力的Weibull模数逐渐减小,同时平均断裂强力逐渐变小,且由两参数Weibull分布得出的平均断裂强力略小于三参数Weibull。This paper tests and verifies the applicability of two Weibull distributions to the statistical analysis on the breaking strength of Vectran filament through hypothesis testing and uses two Weibull distributions to conduct statistical analysis on the breaking strength of four filaments with different lengths. It calculates the average breaking strength of Vectran filament, Weibull modulus, scale parameter and positional parameter with the help of Minitab analysis platform and simulates the probability graph and probability density curve of breaking strength. The result shows that Weibull distribution is applicable to the analysis on breaking strength of Vectran filament and that three-parameter Weibull distribution has a better fitting degree than two-parameter Weibull; with the increase of the length of Vectran filament sample, the Weibull modulus of its breaking strength gradually decreases and meanwhile the average breaking strength gradually reduces, and the average breaking strength obtained by two-parameter Weibull distribution is slightly lower than three-parameter Weibull.
