摘 要:目前,我国微型水轮机设计普遍处于利用中小型水轮机模型换算的阶段,由于比尺效应的影响,换算过来的水轮机与原始水轮机性能相差较大。本文运用CFD技术,基于RNG k-ε双方程湍流模型和三维时均N-S方程,对某户用微型轴伸贯流式水轮机进行了三维全流道流场数值模拟,找出了主要水力损失部位。并通过对转轮叶片及导叶进行修形和改变轴伸形式等方法对原始水轮机进行优化。优化后的水轮机与原始水轮机相比,流场得到明显改善、效率较原始水轮机提升了22.7%。Design of mini-turbine is generally at the stage of conversion from small turbine model. Owing to scale effects, such conversion turbines are quite different in performance from the original model. This paper presents a full flow field study of household mini tubular turbine of shaft extension with CFD simulation method using 3D time-averaged N-S equation and RNG k - 6 turbulence model. The main parts of hydraulic loss were found and the turbine was optimized by modifying runner blade, guide vanes and shaft extension forms. In comparison with the original design, the turbine is greatly improved on its flow field and its efficiency is increased by 22. 7%.
