摘 要:为研究医院建筑室内人员对热湿环境的舒适需求,对重庆市某医院冬季空调病房中病员与健康人员的热湿感觉、整体舒适感进行了现场调查和室内热湿参数测试。采用Bin法划分温湿度区间,将各区间内的平均温度与平均热感觉投票、平均相对湿度与平均湿感觉投票进行线性回归分析,得到病员的中性温度为20.4℃,认为适宜的相对湿度为57%;健康人员的热中性温度为18.8℃,而其对于湿度的要求较高。且发现病员对温湿度变化的敏感度高于健康人员。最后推荐给出了冬季医院病房的舒适性温度范围为20-23℃,相对湿度范围为40%~60%,为重庆地区医院病房的空调设计及控制提供了参考。Questionnaires on the thermal and humid sensation of patients and health people have been done to study on the comfort requirement in Chongqing hospital environment in winter. The subjects in wards votes for their thermal sensation, humidity perception and the total comfort feelings. Air temperature and relative humidity were measured simultaneously in indoor environments. The indoor parameters were divided in Bin method. The linear regression applied to analyze the relations of temperature and mean thermal sensation vote, relative humidity and mean humidity perception. The patients' neutral temperature is 20.4~C, the proper relative humidity is 57%. The health's neutral temperature is 18.8~C, and it have higher requirement for humidity. Analysis shows that the patients are more sensitive for the changes of temperature and humidity than healthy people. The thermal and humid comfort ranges are 20-23℃ in temperature and 40%-60% in relative humidity. And it provides guide for design and control of air conditioning system.
