摘 要:为减少建筑空调冷热源系统确定的主观性与片面臆断,在层次分析法(AHP)基本原理介绍基础上,建立基于AHP法的空调冷热源方案决策评价模型。同时针对适合南京某办公建筑空调工程的4种冷热源方案,考虑系统运行的经济性、节能性、可靠性与环保性指标,利用AHP评价模型对其进行综合分析,得出了优选系统方案,从而肯定了AHP法能够为建筑空调冷热源系统的选择提供一种简单、实用而有效的定量与定性分析相结合的方法与决策手段。In order to reduce the subjective and one-side assumption sources in buildings, the decision evaluation model of the air conditioning in determining the air-conditioning cooling and heating cooling and heating sources is established based on the introduction of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. And considering the indexes of economy, energy conservation, reliability and environmental protection, four typical schemes which are suitable with an office building in Nanjing city are analyzed using the evaluation model of AHP, and the optimal scheme is determined. It confirms that the AHP model provides a simple, practical and effective decision mode and method which combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis for selecting of building air conditioning cooling and heating source system.
