摘　　要：辅导员职业技能标准作为评价和考核辅导员的重要参考依据,由开展大学生思想政治教育、处理学生事务、学习和研究三方面的技能标准有机构成,具有专业性、系统性、发展性和评价性,体现了辅导员职业的规范与内在要求。Standards for advisors＂ professional skills, as important indicative reference for their performance evaluation, contain three organic parts, ability to carry out ideological and political education, management of student affairs, and learning and research skills. Professional, systematic, developmental and evaluative, they reflect the norms and internal demand of advisors＂ work.
