摘　　要：苏南经济相对发达地区的地方高校,如何从理论和实践上突破现行资助体系所面临的困境和问题,构建更加科学有效的贫困大学生资助体系,保证教育机会的公开与公正,对于构建和完善具有苏南经济发达地区特色的贫困大学生资助体系,具有重要的理论与现实意义。This article discusses how to confront the theoretical and practical difficulties and problems the college student subsidy system is currently facing in establishing a scientific and effective subsidy system for poverty - stricken college students in southern Jiangsu province, a relatively developed area. Constructing a scientific characteristic college student subsidy system to ensure fair and just education opportunities is of great theoretical and practical significance.
