摘  要:为了准确、快速地对大坝的变形进行测量,设计了一种基于引张线测量方法的大坝变形测量仪器,该仪器采用激光发射接收进行位置检测,使用光栅尺进行距离测量。文章首先对仪器测量原理进行介绍分析,详细介绍仪器的机械结构设计方案和控制系统设计方案,给出了仪器样机的测试方法和测试结果。结果表明,仪器能准确快速地进行测量,并且能够实现大坝变形测量的自动化和网络化。In order to accurately and quickly measure the deformation of dam, a design scheme of a measuring instrument using the method of wire alignment was introduced. In this design scheme, position was detected using the laser transmitter and receiver, distance was measured by the way of grating. The measure principle of the instrument was introduced, then the mechanical structure and control system of the instrument was introduced, and the test method and test result of a prototype was presented. Test results show that the instrument can measure the distance accurately and quickly, additionally, the instrument enables measurement of deformation automation and networking.
