摘  要:提出了一种基于多端输出的电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled second generation current conveyorwith multiple outputs,MOCCCⅡ)的任意电流模式滤波器综合设计方法。通过对n阶任意电流模式滤波器传递函数进行分析,将其分解成用积分器实现的表达式,并对输出电流信号进行组合,实现了任意电流模式滤波器的综合。由该方法导出的滤波器所需元件较少,n阶滤波器仅需2n+1个MOCCCⅡ和n个电容,所有电容均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容。给出了3阶椭圆低通滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。This paper presented a general synthesis method for an arbitrary current mode filter based on current controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs. This method was based on analyzing a transfer function of n-order arbitrary current mode filter, then generating another formula using integrators and combining the output currents, synthesis of arbitrary cur- rent mode filter was realized. The filter has some advantages such as fewer components, all the capacitors being grounded. The n-order filters only composed by 2n + 1 MOCCCIIs and n capacitors. The circuit was integrated conveniently and was compatible with VLSI technology. A third-order elliptic low-pass filter and a third-order Butterworth filter were designed. PSPICE simulation result is consistent with the theoretical analysis, and verifies the feasibility of this method.
