钢板应力集中区域检测数据的采集与拟合

摘　　要：钢板的应力集中区域的磁测量输出信号在应力变化时候会发生微弱变化,为了找到应力集中区域的信号变化规律,利用LabVIEW软件控制PCI-1716数据采集卡在合适的采集速率和精度下对应力集中区域信号进行采集,再利用MATlab对采集的数据进行拟合。这样,应力集中区域的信号特征就能够很好的被提取和恢复。采用这种数据采集与拟合方法能够实现对应力集中区域信号进行获取和分析,得到信号的变化特征。The magnetic measurement output signal of plate stress concentration region will change sligtly. In order to find the change orderliness of srress concentration region signal, this paper used PCI -1716 data acquisiton card controned by LABVIEW software to sample the stress concentration region signal at appropriate sampling rate and accuracy. And it adopted MATLAB to fit the data. Thus, the stress concentration region signal can be extracted and restored well. Using this method of data acqusition and fitting can access and analyze the stress concentration region signal, and receive the characters of the signal changes.
