摘 要:自蔓延高温合成技术是利用原料在初始点燃条件下化学反应所产生的高温高热,使燃烧反应自发地进行,从而得到新的成分和结构的产物。文中对通过对自蔓延高温合成实验温度梯度范围的研究,根据不同的温度范围,选择不同类型传感器,合理选择监测点,编制满足测试需求的数据采集及控制程序,搭建三种温度测量子系统,获取大量有效实验数据,为测定自蔓延燃烧过程中的温度变化曲线,进行反应热力学、动力学分析,对反应安全进行评估,提供有力的数据支持,并对相关研究具有一定的借鉴意义。Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis is using the high temperature and thermal produced by the stuff chymic reacting under the initialization combustion condition, which makes the combustion go along voluntarily to get the product in posses- sion of new compositions and configurations. Based on the research on the temperature grads range of the self-propagating high-tem- perature experiment, according to the different temperature range, this paper selected different type of sensors, chose reasonable surveillance spot, wrote the data collection and control program settled for the experiment requirement and established three kinds of temperature measuring subprograms to acquire a mass of effective data. It provided forceful data support for the determining the curve of the temperature movement in the self-propagating high-temperature process, carrying through the dynamics and energetics analysis and evaluating the safety capability of the reaction. And this paper can be used for reference by correlative researches.
