摘 要:对编组站布局规划和车流组织联合优化构建双层规划模型,上层规划以投资维护成本、车流运输组织成本及设备能力浪费成本的总和最小化为目标;下层规划以车流运输组织成本最小化为目标,并设定相关的约束条件。根据上层规划的编组站布局方案确定下层规划的相关技术参数,优化生成编组去向方案和车流改编方案后再反馈回上层规划,对规划方案进行修正和改进,直至取得满意的优化效果。通过采用遗传算法与LINGO软件耦合的方式对双层规划模型进行求解,为铁路网中长期编组站布局建设规划提供技术手段。The double-layer planning model of combined optimization for marshalling station distribution and railway vehicle flow organization is established. The investment & maintenance cost, vehicle flow and transport cost and waste cost of equipment capacity is taken as the target of upper layer plan; the minimized cost of vehicle flow and transport organization cost is taken as the target of lower layer plan, and the relative restriction condition are set up. According to the marshalling station distribution scheme of upper layer plan, the relative technical parameter of lower layer plan is determined, which will optimized and created to formation direction scheme and vehicle flow reprogram scheme, then feed back to the upper layer plan, modify and improve the planning, until the satisfied optimized effect is achieved. The double-layer planning model is resolved by using genetic algorithm coupling with LINGO software, which provides technical way for the middle-term and long-term marshalling station distribution and construction plan of railway network.
