摘 要:在间歇式高温高压反应釜中,以乙醇-水混合溶剂为介质,研究了在亚/超临界条件下杜氏盐藻直接液化制备生物油的工艺,探索了乙醇-水介质中不同乙醇体积分数和液化温度对盐藻液化率和产油率的影响,采用FT-IR和GC-MS方法分析了生物油的主要成分。结果表明,在亚/超临界乙醇-水体系中,当乙醇的体积分数为40%、液化温度为320℃时,杜氏盐藻的液化率为98.24%,产油率高达64.68%。在亚/超临界乙醇-水体系下,杜氏盐藻中各主要生化组分都能被有效液化。以亚/超临界乙醇-水为介质直接液化杜氏盐藻制备生物油时,随着介质中乙醇体积分数的增加,所得生物油中的酸性物质含量显著减少,酯类物质含量不断增加,从而提高了生物油的品质。Preparation of bio-oil from Dunaliella tertiolecta by direct liquefaction method with sub-and supercritical ethanol-water mixture as medium was investigated in a batch autoclave with high temperature and high pressure. The effects of reaction conditions, such as volume fraction of ethanol in water and reaction temperature, on the liquefaction rate and oil yield were studied, and the composition of produced bio-oil was analyzed with FT-IR and GC-MS. The results showed that the optimal liquefaction rate and oil yield of Dunaliella tertiolecta was 98. 24% and 64. 68% respectively in sub and supercritical ethanol-water mixture when the volume fraction of ethanol was 40% and liquefied temperature was 320℃. The main biochemical components of Dunaliella tertioIecta could be effectively liquefied in the sub and supercritical ethanol-water system. In the process of direct liquefaction Dunaliella tertiolecta, with the increase of ethanol, the volume fraction of acid components in bio-oil was significantly decreased, and the volume fraction of ester components was increased, resulting in the quality improvement of the bio-oil.
