摘　　要：随着城市规模的发展，抄表收费给电力企业在电能管理方面带来了越来越多的困难。手工抄表收费不仅浪费了大量的人力资源，而且可能产生各种差错，给电力企业和用户带来不必要的经济损失。因此，电力远程自动集中抄表系统的研究具有重要的意义。With the development of urban size, meter reading and charging have brought more and more difficulties to electric power enterprises in electrical energy management. The method of manual meter reading and charging not only wastes a mass of human resource but also may produce various mistakes, which will bring ＇about unnecessary economic losses to electric power enterprises and users. Therefore, the study on remote automatic meter reading system of electric power has vital significance.
